Every time a vehicle drives over the manhole it makes a clunk clunk noise. The noise is affecting my sleep as the photo is taken from my bedroom, I can hear it throughout the evening and night. It’s got to the stage where I’m just listening for it and not able to sleep because of this. To me this is urgent as I’m not sleeping.
