The minutes of the meeting of the Extraordinary Facilities Committee meeting held 10:00am on Friday 21st July 2023 at The Garden Room, All Saints Church, Gurnard.

Cllr Acton circulated a draft of a proposed reply to correspondence from a resident. Each section was considered in turn, with the Parish Council voting to accept, accept with revisions or reject.

An extraordinary meeting to respond as promptly as possible was convened.
