This is not a vehicle it is a boat trailer, parks on the road does not pay MOT or TAX. Unsure who owns it but must be someone on the road who all have driveways. Parking can be a problem at the best of times not adding to it by leaving this here. It is on tilbury road right by the tilbury road sign and is opposite the road going up which is called the avenue. It has been there all year I have tried to find out who owns but no one is taking accountability must be someone’s as it has a lock around the wheel, also left it for long enough for someone to move which they have not – this is why I believe they live close by.
