A car constantly parks on the left hand side as you go up Woodvale Road right below the junction with Woodvale Close. This cause cars going up Woodvale road to cross over to the wrong side on a blind corner. Today I narrowly avoided a car coming down Woodvale Road. Cars coming down Woodvale can not see around this bend due to a high hedge and therefore can not see a parked car either. I have attached a photo and the car is actually a bit further down from where it usually parks, usually it is blocking a drive (presumably the owners house). I understand that cars should not park within 10 m of a junction
