Hybrid Application: Full planning
permission for proposed Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) and
means of access/community car park; Outline application for residential
development (of up to 117 units) and its means of access.

A hard copy of the layout of proposals (including maps) will be available for residents
to view from 5:30pm at the Village Hall.

Gurnard Parish Councillors will be holding a Planning Meeting at 6.30; members of
the public would be very welcome to stay for this meeting but discussion and
comments should be made during the Open Meeting.
